45-minute session: $165

Shorter sessions (30–45 minutes) may be appropriate for children, adolescents, or focused follow-up work when clinically indicated.

Trauma-focused or EMDR work
Situations where additional time supports depth, pacing, or stabilization

75-minute session: $275
90-minute session: $325
Extended sessions may be recommended for family or couples work that benefits from additional time and collaboration.
Insurance
I am in-network with select insurance plans, including:
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield / Anthem
Optum / United Behavioral Health
Harvard Pilgrim / Tufts (Point32 Health)
Quest Behavioral Health
Insurance coverage is subject to individual plan benefits. Insurance plans typically cover standard psychotherapy sessions, however extended session lengths and certain services may not be covered.
I do not currently accept Medicare plans. Depending on your specific insurance plan, I may not be able to accept Medicaid or federal plans.
When using insurance, a mental health diagnosis is required. Diagnoses are made only when clinically indicated and discussed as part of your informed consent.
Out-of-Network (OON) Insurance Benefits
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
I also work with Thrizer, a service that automatically submits claims on your behalf. After your deductible is met, you may pay only your copay or coinsurance at each session, rather than the full rate and waiting weeks for reimbursement. Thrizer helps estimate benefits and manage claims, but actual reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan. Thrizer may charge a small service fee for processing claims and facilitating payments. Use of Thrizer is optional and not required to access out-of-network benefits.
Reduced-Fee Availability
A limited number of reduced-fee 60-minute sessions are available. Priority may be given to:
First responders, military, and public safety professionals
Individuals in helping professions (education, healthcare, and faith community leaders / staff / volunteers)
Clients facing financial or other barriers to care, including immigrants, people with disabilities, BIPOC, and other marginalized groups
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 fee, and may be waived in case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
Why These Policies
These fees and policies allow me to provide focused, high-quality care while maintaining a sustainable practice. They also help preserve availability for reduced-fee and sliding-scale clients, and ensure therapy remains consistent, dependable, and respectful of everyone’s time.
